BIO

I am a partner and co-founder of Impactiv. I assist private and business clients in resolving disputes and cross-border matters. I specialize in civil cases, particularly those involving inheritance, real estate, compensation, damages and family matters. I support clients in pre-trial, mediation, and court proceedings.

I handle all cases with an individual approach to the client and great commitment. Clients’ well-being is my top priority, and I always fight to achieve the best outcome for their case.

  • Experience

    Before founding Impactiv, I gained extensive experience in law firms in Poland and the United States. I have extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal services to business entities, including representing insurance companies in personal injury and property damage cases resulting from road accidents (including cases for compensation, damages, annuities, replacement vehicle rental, and vehicle damage). I have also provided legal services to medical entities.

    I have extensive experience in handling divorce and family cases, including child support, child custody, retrospective property separation, and property division. I represent clients in complex inheritance, real estate, and compensation cases, including those with cross-border implications.
