BIO

As a partner and co-founder at Impactiv, I advise both private and business clients on dispute resolution and business transactions.

Making sure that every Impactiv client feels heard and understood is my utmost priority. I place significant emphasis on meaningful conversations, actively listening to our clients’ needs to offer personalized legal solutions.

  • Experience

I have extensive experience in serving business clients, particularly in intellectual property law and industrial property law. Before establishing Impactiv, I collaborated with prominent Polish companies in the audiovisual, event, and gaming sectors. I contributed to significant national and international projects and provided counsel to one of Poland’s largest medical device manufacturers.

My substantial professional experience revolves around dispute resolution – I’ve managed numerous court cases, representing insurance companies and other entities in the insurance market. Additionally, I assist private clients, primarily handling compensation cases related to traffic accidents, family matters (such as divorces, child support, and child custody), and property and inheritance disputes. I also handle disputes related to ‘franc loans,’ providing legal guidance in this area

Currently, I am deeply engaged in ESG and sustainability issues within the fashion industry. I actively participate in initiatives supporting women’s development and empowering them in business. Additionally, I am a member of the Fashion Law Section at the Warsaw Bar Association and an academic lecturer.
