We successfully supported and provided strategic guidance through the whole B Corp certification
and recertification process and journey of a multinational publicly traded company.
What was the challenge?
The B Corp certification and recertification processes presented major organizational challenges for
our client. The process involved a parent company and dozen subsidiaries, set up locally and
internationally. The company and management teams from the subsidiaries encountered many legal,
organizational and sustainability related challenges that required our counsel and support.
How we helped?
We provided strategic and legal advice during the whole process. We supported our client in all
challenging aspects of certification and recertification, researching and answering questions that
came up during the process. We advised on change management and acted as change agents,
structuring the plan of action, advising on the best way forward and promoting the certification
within the company. We advised on communications and relations with investors regarding this
project.
