BIO

With over 15 years of experience in embedding Environmental, Social, and Responsible Corporate Governance into organizational strategies, I am well-equipped to help Impactiv clients achieve their sustainability and social responsibility goals. I have designed and consulted on ESG strategies, implemented diverse community engagement programs, and promoted diversity and inclusion practices, along with managing environmental footprints. My work spans cross-sector cooperation and non-profit expertise, ensuring holistic and impactful solutions.

I am passionate about using business as a force for good and am a strong advocate for the growing B Corporation movement and stakeholder governance principles. As an enthusiast of Inclusion Nudges, I aim to create inclusive environments that drive positive change. My achievements have been recognized with the “People who change business” award by the Responsible Business Forum in both 2019 and 2021.

  • Experience

I have fifteen years of experience in corporate social responsibility and sustainability. I have implemented strategies for Danone in Poland and co-created the company’s awarded Social Responsibility Report back in 2010. I developed and led Capgemini Poland’s Social Responsibility strategy, implementing a range of international, national, and local programs.

My exceptional work in diversity and inclusion earned me the “People who change business” award by the Responsible Business Forum in Poland on two occasions.

In 2019, I joined Netguru, where I played a pivotal role in guiding the company through the rigorous B Corp Certification process. As of today, I am responsible for steering Netguru’s sustainable development in alignment with B Corporation standards, emphasizing practical stakeholder governance.

I am committed to continuous learning and professional growth. In 2024, I enhanced my expertise in Business and Human Rights by completing an advanced course in the field. I am also deeply passionate about cross-sector collaboration and have a particular interest in Diversity and Inclusion (D&I). I am an advocate for the Inclusion Nudges concept and frequently conduct training sessions on counteracting mobbing and discrimination.
